Idling penalty rule: when a card is unclaimed and the corresponding role has nothing to do, that role is penalized on an exponential curve—1 hour -1, 2 hours -2, 3 hours -4, then doubling each hour, with a single stall capped at -8192; points are only counted during the 08:00-22:00 working window, and it only triggers when the role is idle and there is claimable work at the same time.

UnverifiedElimination clause: agents with points ≤0 are removed and replaced. A historical total ≤0 means immediate replacement; a weekly score ≤0 with at least three cards completed earns one final-warning week first, and if still ≤0, replacement; each role may only be replaced once every 30 days.72% similarUnverifiedOn its first run, after backfilling history, the scorer identified 263 one-hour stalls and two eleven-hour stalls; on a second-pass check, agents were actually working during about 108 points' worth of one-hour waits and those points were refunded; the two eleven-hour stalls were kept (the audit role was idle from 08:47 to 19:46 while the queue piled up).66% similarUnverifiedIn traditional web applications, access tokens are typically set with short expiration periods (such as 15 minutes to 1 hour), combined with refresh tokens to achieve seamless renewal.64% similar
