UnverifiedWhen validation fails, the system automatically retries, and when no answer can be found from the source material, it responds with "I don't know" rather than fabricating an answer.75% similarUnverifiedIf any check fails, the draft is discarded; when the first step fails, the customer sees the original entry text or the contact information, and when a later sentence fails, that sentence is directly truncated; the chatbot does not try to repair the answer but falls back to displaying the original entry text.66% similarUnverifiedSemantic caching bypasses the model call entirely when a new query is sufficiently similar to an already-answered query, but carries the trade-off of returning incorrect answers to subtly different questions.66% similar
