Notification Threshold

A design pattern in automated monitoring that caps the number of messages pushed externally. Notifications exceeding the limit are merged into a summarized alert. The pattern is used to counter alert fatigue, preventing recipients from being overwhelmed by a high volume of individual messages while still ensuring that significant events are surfaced through aggregated reports.
