Culinary Union

One of the largest labor unions in the U.S. state of Nevada, representing roughly 60,000 hotel, casino, and food-service workers in Las Vegas and Reno. Its membership is predominantly immigrants and Latinos, and it holds significant influence in local politics and election mobilization.
