CWRU Bearing Dataset

The most widely cited public bearing dataset in fault diagnosis research, released by the Electrical Engineering Department of Case Western Reserve University around 2000. It includes four condition categories — normal, inner race fault, outer race fault, and rolling element fault — and serves as a standard benchmark for bearing fault detection algorithms.
