Density-Aware Reward Scaling

A reinforcement learning reward-processing mechanism that estimates local density within an on-policy rollout group and inversely scales the rewards, bringing the sampling distribution closer to the reward-proportional distribution, thereby improving diversity and mitigating mode collapse.
