Simplified Graph Convolution

A simplified version of the standard Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) that removes nonlinear activation between layers, reducing multi-layer propagation to powers of the normalized adjacency matrix followed by a linear classifier, yielding few parameters and stable representations.
