Agent Retry Cost

The cumulative context cost problem arising from retry operations within an AI agent loop. Each retry requires re-billing the entire conversation's input tokens, causing costs to grow super-linearly with the number of failures, in contrast to the fixed-cost model of conventional HTTP retries.
