Aplos Document Desk
An AI document extraction and export tool that supports field-level citation anchors, server-side review state transitions, and hash sealing of CSV exports, ensuring strict separation among extraction, review, and payment authorization.
Timeline (last 90 days)
The design principle of Aplos Document Desk is that extracted results cannot be equated with export permission; drafts produced by the model must go through an independent review state transition before entering the CSV export process.
In Aplos's implementation, review is a server-side state transition rather than a frontend interaction event; a document starts in queued or processing, becomes draft, and through an explicit action by a reviewer enters the reviewed or excluded state.
Aplos's state transition rules are: uploaded -> queued -> processing -> draft; draft becomes reviewed after required checks and explicit confirmation; draft can become excluded; reviewed returns to draft after changes that require re-review.
Aplos Document Desk currently supports small volumes of English invoices, receipts and credit notes, and exports document totals; it does not extract line items and does not perform accounting bookkeeping.
Aplos Document Desk preview is free, and reviewed CSV batches of up to twenty documents cost 9 US dollars.
