at-least-once delivery semantics
One of three message delivery semantics in distributed messaging systems, in which the sender guarantees that a message is delivered at least once but does not guarantee the absence of duplicates. Alongside at-most-once (possible loss) and exactly-once (theoretically optimal but extremely difficult to engineer), it is the default choice for mainstream webhook providers.
