A structured decision-logging method used in AI-assisted development, in which each design decision is recorded in a Markdown file with the decision-making party (user or AI) explicitly noted. The approach prevents AI hallucinations and attribution confusion, and is analogous to Architecture Decision Records (ADR) in software engineering.
