Deterministic Assertion Opportunity
A design principle for AI agent verification in which a knowledge graph actively enumerates all combinations of facts that can be safely asserted, then hands them to the model to render in natural language. This demotes the model from producer of facts to narrator, eliminating the possibility of the model fabricating assertions.

Statewave Guide's design flow was changed from "model → fabricate assertions → verifier" to "graph → deterministic assertion opportunities → model adds meaning → verifier," downgrading the model's role from fact producer to expresser.
The two main benefits of deterministic assertion opportunities are: the erroneous assertion rate can be directly driven to zero, because each assertion originates from a real edge in the graph; and verification cost drops substantially. The cost is that coverage improvement depends on graph completeness.
