Timeline (last 90 days)
Ednovax provides school management systems for schools in Edo State and Delta State, Nigeria.
Due to a communication breakdown, Ednovax had to reprint more than 2,000 report cards, incurring costs of over 250,000 naira.
Ednovax's school clients do not use ticketing systems (such as Jira or Zendesk), but instead communicate directly with developers via WhatsApp.
The Ednovax support team faces three problems: requests are scattered across chat logs, promises are forgotten, and school deployment details exist only in individual memory.
Ednovax chose FalkorDB as its graph database for reasons including: Cypher queries are highly readable, vector indexes on the same nodes support semantic search, built-in graph algorithms (connected components, PageRank, shortest path) are used for deduplication and ranking, and multiple graphs in a single instance achieve tenant isolation.
Phone numbers only become IDs after salted hashing, and Ednovax never stores the original text.
