Elastic Scheduler

A core component of the QwenGyre framework that dynamically reallocates GPU resources between rollout and training. It supports live migration without interrupting tasks that are currently executing, balancing resource utilization against policy freshness. By shifting compute toward generation or optimization as demand changes, the scheduler aims to keep the training pipeline continuously occupied while limiting the staleness of trajectories used for updates.
