EOA
An account type on Ethereum controlled directly by a private key, as opposed to a contract account controlled by code. After EIP-7702, an EOA can execute custom code through a delegation designator.

Compared with traditional EOA accounts, which must be signed directly by a private key and cannot have policies attached, ERC-4337 account abstraction makes a separated architecture of "the agent proposes an intent, the policy contract adjudicates" achievable.
After EIP-7702 authorization the account is still an EOA—the address, private key, and nonce semantics are all preserved, it is just that each call additionally executes the code of the delegated address, and the EOA is not turned into a contract account.
