Failover Routing

A reliability architecture pattern for AI workflows that maintains an ordered list of model providers and automatically switches to the next provider when the current one experiences downtime, rate limiting, timeouts, or invalid responses. A cooldown mechanism is incorporated to avoid repeatedly querying rate-limited services, enabling zero-downtime AI call chains.
