A command-line flag for Chromium/Chrome that forces the renderer to immediately build a complete accessibility tree, bypassing the default lazy construction mechanism.

For performance reasons, Chromium does not build the full web accessibility tree by default, and only activates it when it detects that assistive technology has sent a query signal through the platform API; on macOS this is declared via the AXManualAccessibility attribute, and Chromium's command line needs --force-renderer-accessibility.
