Jagged Frontier

A concept of AI capability boundaries proposed by research from Harvard Business School and BCG. It holds that AI capability is not a smooth curve but an uneven, jagged distribution: some tasks are handled easily while adjacent tasks may fail entirely, and humans often struggle to judge accurately whether a given task falls on a capability peak or valley.
