Meta-Prompt

An advanced technique in prompt engineering that, rather than directly describing target content, instructs a model to reflect on and operate upon its own reasoning processes, behavioral rules, or capability boundaries. It is commonly used in jailbreak testing, model evaluation, and creative exploration.
