Random Kitchen Sinks

A feature extraction technique based on random approximation of kernel methods. It constructs random feature maps by sampling frequency vectors from the spectral density distribution of a kernel, combining the expressive power of kernel methods with the training efficiency of linear models. It was proposed by Rahimi and Recht in 2007.
