SHA pre-registration
An engineering adaptation of the pre-registration mechanism from evaluation methodology. Before running the evaluated subject, the evaluation criteria, test set, and scoring scripts are packaged, hashed with SHA-256, and publicly released, using hash sensitivity to achieve mechanically verifiable immutability of the standards.
