An asymmetric encryption algorithm independently developed by China's State Cryptography Administration, based on elliptic curve cryptography (ECC). Its security is considered equivalent to RSA-3072. It is primarily used for digital signatures and key exchange, and is commonly deployed in government and financial websites.
