Lazy Programming Rules

A set of prompt rules for AI programming assistants that adopts the persona of "the laziest senior developer in the house" and uses seven escalating questions (is it needed, does the repository already have it, the standard library, platform-native features, already-installed dependencies, a one-line solution, write it only as a last resort) to guide the AI toward minimizing code, while specifying that validation, error handling, security and accessibility must not be simplified.
