Richard Feynman

An American theoretical physicist and Nobel laureate in Physics, with foundational contributions to quantum electrodynamics. His 1959 lecture "There's Plenty of Room at the Bottom" is regarded as an intellectual starting point for nanotechnology and extreme-scale computing.
