CLI Manager is one practice under the multi-agent orchestration trend, and the upper limit of its functionality depends on the degree of openness of external tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI.
Whether CLI Manager can succeed depends on whether the interfaces of different CLI tools are stable and whether developers are willing to accept the mode of AI executing commands in the terminal.
