Echo/Delta
A forward-deployed engineer team collaboration structure pioneered by Palantir. Echo is responsible for insight into and definition of business requirements, while Delta is responsible for technical implementation and engineering delivery. The two work as a pair embedded on-site for rapid iteration, and the model has since been adopted by many AI companies as a standard architecture for FDE teams.
