GAA Transistor

An advanced transistor architecture in which the gate fully surrounds a nanosheet or nanowire on all four sides. Compared with FinFET, GAA transistors significantly improve channel current control, suppressing short-channel effects and leakage current, and serve as a key technology for angstrom-level chip processes.
