Gopher Protocol

Gopher is an early internet document-transfer protocol developed in 1991 that has largely fallen out of use. Despite its obsolescence, it remains widely exploited in SSRF attacks because it can encapsulate arbitrary TCP data streams, enabling attackers to target internal network services.
