Part of the Android Jetpack library that helps VoIP applications integrate with the system call framework, providing unified call management and audio routing. It allows apps to present calls through system interfaces, coordinate audio focus and routing across devices, and interoperate with the platform's telephony experience, reducing the need for each application to implement its own call state handling and device routing logic.
