Meta-Agent

A meta-agent is a high-level agent in a multi-agent system responsible for creating, configuring, and managing other agents. Derived from metaprogramming concepts, a meta-agent holds full authority to define the roles, tool access scopes, and communication protocols of the agents it oversees.
