Multi-Player Multi-Armed Bandit
A multi-player extension of the multi-armed bandit in which several players simultaneously select arms and conflict constraints are introduced (when players collide on the same arm only one gains reward). It is used to model decentralized resource-competition scenarios such as spectrum sharing.
Timeline (last 90 days)
The multi-player multi-armed bandit (MMAB) model was originally inspired by cognitive radio networks.
The multi-player multi-armed bandit (MMAB) extends a single player to M players and adds a conflict constraint: if multiple players choose the same arm at the same time step, usually only one of them can obtain the reward, and the rest receive zero reward.
