Prompt Optimizer
An open-source prompt optimization tool that rewrites a user's original idea into structured, executable prompts. It supports completion of role-based prompts, templating of variables, prompt optimization for text-to-image generation, and side-by-side comparison across multiple models.
Timeline (last 90 days)
Prompt Optimizer is an open-source tool that rewrites the raw ideas entered by users into prompts that AI can more easily understand and execute.
Prompt Optimizer's variable mode extracts the parts of a prompt that change into placeholders and fixes the unchanging parts into a template, making the prompt reusable.
Prompt Optimizer supports connecting to mainstream models such as OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Grok, and can perform multi-model side-by-side comparison on the same prompt.
Prompt Optimizer supports prompt saving and version records, and provides advanced features such as testing, multi-turn conversation, and function calling.
On the graphics side, Prompt Optimizer supports text-to-image, image-to-image, and multi-image reference features.
Prompt Optimizer can be used via the web version, and can also be installed as a desktop client or browser extension, and also supports self-deployment via Docker.
All processing in Prompt Optimizer is done locally in the user's browser, and requests are sent directly to the model provider configured by the user, without passing through the tool vendor's servers.
The optimizer's output quality depends on the comprehension ability of the underlying model; it cannot conjure up requirements that the user themselves has not thought through.
