Rolling Time Window Quota Model

A billing method used by AI coding subscription services in which quota resets over a rolling time window (for example, five hours) rather than a calendar month. The amount available within a window is capped, and usage beyond the cap requires waiting for the window to release capacity. The model is intended to smooth peak load and prevent abuse.
