Wayfinder
An AI-powered application-building tool based on a Skills mechanism, designed to address the absence of external quality standards for critic agents in the Challenge Loop. By leveraging predefined skills, it corrects quality-control deficiencies in AI one-shot application builds.

Wayfinder is the "dense planning skill" within a set of skills published by software developer Matt Pocock; it is based on pre-AI planning methods and requires no coding whatsoever.
Wayfinder works by building a map on which every decision that needs to be made is placed as a question; when fog is encountered, agents are dispatched to research or build prototypes to clear it, and the result is ultimately converted into a Spec document.
The original Wayfinder can be installed from GitHub.
The modified Wayfinder writes only two files (the map and the answers file), ultimately requires only three skills, and uses the Grimm skill during the questioning phase.
In an HR system demo, the agent raised 34 questions, the build took 1 hour and 33 minutes, consumed approximately 40% of the usage limit, and would cost approximately $116 if run on the API.
