ConceptSwarmRSI框架

SwarmRSI

A research agent framework based on multi-agent swarm collaboration. It records inheritable research states through a shared graph structure, enabling population-level mutation, recombination and recursive evolution of hypotheses and programs, with the aim of improving the efficiency of research automation.

In cross-task transfer experiments, the research states inherited from three source tasks raised the average base value of 12 held-out NatureBench tasks from 12.01 under cold start to 21.89, and the proportion matching SOTA jumped from 41.7% to 86.1%.

Two programs generated by SwarmRSI have actually been adopted by biologists in intestinal and spleen immunology research, where in the intestinal study the Spearman correlation coefficients of the post-processing representation MHC-II scores reached 0.77 and 0.69, higher than the 0.65 and 0.40 of RNA PCA; in the spleen study the metric improved from 0.045 to 0.102.
